They need a different approach to what is being presented at school.
November, 2024
Is your child already showing signs of struggling this year?
It can be easy to shrug off the difficulty that your child may be having with school, especially at the beginning of the school year. They are in a new grade, have a new teacher, and have new peers. You tell yourself that they will catch on. They will catch up. They just need more time. More sleep. We need to get through this sport. We just need things to slow down a little!
Maybe there are tears from your child, but you have so many other things to deal with.
You wonder if something is going on… but you’re not quite sure.
As parents (and grandparents) we are juggling so many things. There is always something that needs to get done. Something that needs to be fixed. Another meal that needs to be made! Clothes to buy, gifts to shop for, vacations to plan, work to get done! It’s truly never-ending!
But please don’t shrug off your nagging worries about your child.
The longer they struggle, the more their self esteem takes a hit.
The longer you wait, the harder it will be for them to catch up with their class.
The more you ignore, the less they will bring it up. “I guess this is just who I am,” they will think. They will lose hope. They will assume that nothing can be done and maybe they are just dumb. (Sounds harsh, but this is what goes on in our brains when we struggle!)
Giving your child the proper tools to use for reading, spelling, and math is like getting your child fit with the right glasses.
I’ll never forget getting my glasses for the first time and realizing that trees weren’t just a blob of green– now I could see the individual leaves!
The ground wasn’t just a sea of green– I could see each blade of grass!
Some kids need “glasses” for their brains.
It’s always better to catch learning challenges sooner rather than later, so that you can empower your child with the tools they need to succeed in school and other areas of their life!
Here are some signs that shows your child may need some extra support:
Signs may show up that are more emotional in nature:
Trust your gut. If you think something is going on, you’re probably right.
Let’s schedule a consultation and just talk. I’d love to see if I can help!
Warmly,
Tracy
We’re so proud of Ruby for completing her reading program and for all the progress she’s made! Along with her reading skills, Ruby has gained tools for focus, energy regulation, and emotional balance. She’s even noticed feeling less anger and anxiety along the way. 😊
Great job, Ruby! We’re excited to see how you’ll keep growing with these new skills! 💙📚

We often talk about focus, but what does that really mean in a learning environment?
Focus is the ability to stay attentive, process information effectively, and maintain concentration on the task at hand, whether that’s reading, listening, or following instructions. It’s about mental clarity and being present in the moment, despite distractions.
Focus isn’t about forcing children to sit still or demanding more of their attention than they’re capable of giving. It’s not about constant multitasking or working in an overstimulated environment. For many, it’s also not something that comes easily, especially with increasing demands on sensory processing.

Thank you so much to everyone who showed up for our grand opening. Whether you stopped by in person or sent messages from afar, your support truly means the world to me.
To all my amazing past clients who took the time to visit—it was wonderful seeing your familiar faces in our new space! You’ve been such an important part of this journey, and I’m so glad we got to reconnect.
To those who couldn’t make it but still reached out with messages and words of encouragement, I felt your presence. Your support was deeply felt, even from a distance.
And of course, a huge thank you to my family and friends—you’ve been my rock through it all. I couldn’t have done this without you!
This is just the beginning, and we are so excited to see what’s ahead. Grateful for each and every one of you!
I first heard about Advanced TRS from one of my clients, whose son was struggling with OCD, sleep issues, and constipation. After trying various protocols, they finally found relief with TRS. The positive changes were undeniable—his sleep improved, OCD symptoms diminished, and his constipation was resolved.
Seeing such a transformation in my client’s life, I knew I had to give TRS a try for myself. And wow, I’m so glad I did!
Since starting TRS, I’ve experienced:
✨ More energy
✨ Better focus
✨ Improved gut health
✨ And my hot flashes have completely vanished!
But the biggest win? After 16 years of taking Prozac for fibromyalgia-like symptoms, I was finally able to stop—and I’ve had little to no body pain since spring 2018! 🙌
If you’re looking for a natural way to support your health and detox, I can’t recommend Advanced TRS enough. It has been life-changing for me, and many of my clients!
