Outside of work, Sydney finds joy in spending quality time with her fiancé Matt, friends, family, and her two adorable pets, Maui and Toby. She recharges by finding inspiration outdoors, indulging in creative needle crafts, and exploring new hobbies. Whether it’s home improvement projects or crafting projects that bring joy and fulfillment, Sydney thrives on continuous learning and personal development.
With Sydney on the team, we will be able to help even more students thrive!

August has been a busy month here at Minnesota Learning Solutions, and we’re proud to share that Tc has completed his Reading Program. He came to us with big goals—to become a better reader, to spell more words, and even to master tying his shoe. It’s amazing what some new easy-to-use tools can help with!
Not only did Tc meet his goals, but he also gained a renewed sense of confidence and self-esteem along the way. We’re so proud of his progress and excited to see what this upcoming school year has in store for him.

In just 5 days, you’ve made such incredible strides—your comprehension has improved, your attitude towards reading has transformed, and that quote you shared, “Being able to write my last name is the biggest accomplishment of my life,” is beyond inspiring.

We are so excited to celebrate Addison for completing her Attention and Math Program! As she heads into this school year, Addison is equipped with new tools to help her succeed with attention and math.
Addison’s journey has been filled with beautiful changes, including improvements in energy and emotional regulation, increased self-awareness, and discovering new ways to visualize numbers and place value. She’s now tackling addition and subtraction with ease, and she’s even overcome a fear of stairs breaking and falling. Most importantly, Addison has created a new, positive picture of what math can be.
Addison, as you take these new skills and confidence into the school year, remember that you are capable of great things. We are all cheering you on!
