Tracy Doyle’s path into education and neurodiversity support is personal and driven by a genuine commitment. With 15 years of experience as a licensed elementary school teacher, Tracy has always been dedicated to fostering a love for learning in her students. However, her path took a transformative turn when she sought solutions for her son’s learning struggles.
In the spring of 2012, Tracy discovered the Davis Method while searching for ways to help her son. He attended the one-week program, and the changes were remarkable. Not only did his learning improve, but his self-esteem and confidence were renewed. Seeing these positive changes inspired Tracy to help other children and families benefit in a similar way. In 2014, Tracy became a certified Davis Method Facilitator, and in 2017, she further expanded her expertise by completing training in Autism.
Tracy’s commitment to this field goes beyond her professional work; it’s also shaped by her personal experiences. She recalls her own challenges as a young learner, which have given her a strong sense of empathy for her clients. Her journey is further inspired by the many students she has taught over the years, many of whom have faced learning challenges.
Tracy is excited to be a Davis Method Dyslexia and Autism Facilitator. She enjoys helping individuals reach their potential and improve their lives. Her approach is personalized, focusing on the unique strengths and needs of each person. Tracy values individualized education and is dedicated to providing a supportive environment for all her clients, both young and old.
Sydney is a licensed Davis facilitator and specializes in math, dyslexia, and attention programs.
Sydney is passionate about advocating for inclusive education and helping each student celebrate their unique strengths. She loves helping to foster a deeper sense of self-confidence and empowerment and loves to help students reach their personal goals!
Outside of work, Sydney finds joy in spending quality time with her fiancé Matt, friends, family, and her two adorable pets, Maui and Toby. She recharges by finding inspiration outdoors, indulging in creative needle crafts, and exploring new hobbies. Whether it’s home improvement projects or crafting projects that bring joy and fulfillment, Sydney thrives on continuous learning and personal development.
